No examination are held in Nursery- I and Nursery-II. The daily progress of students in oral and written work is assessed and recorded. A grading system is used for all subjects.
Class test is taken after the completion of each chapter in each subject.
The school year is divided onto three and after the 1st term and half-yearly examination the answer papers will not under any circumstances be shown to the parents.
Answer papers of the Final Examinations will not under any circumstances be shown to the parents.
The result is intimated to the parents through progress report. Parents/ Guardians should go through the progress report, sign it and return in to the school.
There will be no re- examination for absent students.
A student who has made arrangements to obtain unfair means in connection with the examinations or other wise detected any dishonesty what so ever will be debarred from the examination.
A minimum attendance of 80% will be required for promotion.
In order to be promoted a student should secure a minimum of 40%. In all questions promotion or failure, the decision of school authority is final.
Students whose performance is indifferent or poor in –spite of the effort by the school and /or whose disciplinary profile is not satisfactory, will not be promoted to the next class.
